What an amazing Tuesday night. Hugo was most welcoming & helpful. He was the highlight of our trip. We had lots of gin & tonic, like the locals. Plus, the locals were really friendly. Would definitely go back.

Where to drink the best coffee in the area? Here without hesitation. They have Bilbao Oro on tap, it's excellent. The outdoor terrace is very cozy and atmospheric. The Vermuths prepared for 10 and the huge and delicious portion of rabas

The outdoor terrace at the back has a special charm. Their rabas, chopitos and croquettes are very delicious....and what can we say about their mixed drinks.... Excellent. The ideal environment

We stayed in Gibaja for a week's holiday in December, and the Whiskey bar was like our reference point. Hugo is like a whirlwind, he is attentive to everything, and I think it must have been his mother, super sweet and kind. I don't know if they are all family who work there, but they are charming.Of course, we tried the rabas, the croquettes and the txopitos, one day when it was late and we couldn't find where to eat, and it was a great success!It's not a very big place, so it can seem a bit chaotic when there are a lot of people, but it's a good place, and there's always an atmosphere. 100% recommend
